Teachers Day Celebration
"Better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher."
It was extremely an honour for the teachers of all the Group of State Public Schools to have a grand event for the teachers by the worthy management.
President, Dr. Narottam Singh and Vice- President, Dr Gagandeep Kaur along with Managing Director, Mr Anmol Singh of Group of State Public Schools as Chief Guest and Guest of Honour spared their valuable time and graced the occasion with their benign presence. The Principal of State Public School, Nakodar, Dr. Sonia Sachdeva, the Principal of State Public School, Shankot, Mr. kanwar Neel Kamal, the Principal of The Lakewood School, Ludhiana, Dr. Ritu Bhanot and the Principal of State Public School, Jalandhar Cantt. Mrs. Savina Bahl with their teachers were present to make the teachers feel special on this Teachers Day. Also, Dr. Ashwini Mahendru and Mrs. Sangeeta Mahendru, our worthy trustees, added to the charm of the function with their kind presence.
The function was full of surprises and excitement. Teachers from all the three schools presented their happiness in the form of different performances to make the audience glad. Rounds of lucky draws were also there to increase the level of excitement each time. It involved cash prizes of worth rupees fifty thousand for the teachers.
The program ended with lots of humour by the stand up comedian, Mr. Gurlabh Singh performance and sumptuous feast.
